Direct, warm, and practical
I'm an Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Cincinnati. I work mostly with couples, and I bring the same steady approach to individual sessions.
My work draws on Emotion-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Couples Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused methods, shaped around what you actually need.
LGBTQ+, Christian-identified, and sex worker clients are welcome here, as are clients of every faith or none.
A note about faith
I'm a counselor with a personal faith. I do not use faith-based counseling approaches unless a client asks for them. Clients of any faith, or none, are welcome. If faith matters to you, we can include it.
